Tell us about the church:  Overland Christian Church is a church of about 100 active members, but we are growing!  If you realize that we serve an awesome God and if you're looking for a mix of contemporary and traditional worship in a casual setting with people of all ages then Overland might be the place for you.

Amy Page,  
Accompanist & Vocal Choir Director 
 
Amy Page was born in Carlyle, IL.  She attended Murray State University in Murray, KY and received a Bachelor of Music Education. Amy is currently the Choir Director at Wesclin High School in Trenton, IL.  In her free time, Amy is working on a graduate degree in Educational Administration at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.  Amy enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking, listening to music and reading.  She is married to Rick. 
The OCC Vocal Choir rehearses on Wednesday evenings at 7:30, beginning in late August, and running through May.  You are warmly invited to join this group for fellowship, and to make a joyful noise! 
 
Susan Morrell, 
Handbell Choir Director 
 
Susan Morrell is originally from Wisconsin and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN. Susan has conducted and played in several church hand bell groups since 1995. She is an AGEHR member and has studied under many hand bell clinicians. Susan is married to her husband Jim and has three children. In her spare time she enjoys walking, doing "mom" things, and working in the yard. 
Hand bells are a very important part of the music ministry at Overland Christian Church, and Susan invites you to join us for practices on Monday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 PM. Hand bells allow the ringers to experience both the joy of music and the satisfaction of service as group members work together to ring praise to the glory of God. Individual lessons are available upon request. All are invited to join us in the very special art of hand bell ringing!
